Mingam´s sire is elite stallion 1069 Kortik, born 1984 at the studfarm Chagorta, Russia. As 2-4 years old he performed at racetrack. He participated in 14 starts, won once, four times finished 2nd and three times 3rd. At the exhbition in Tbilisi in 1988 he got Diploma of III. degree. At the beginning of his breeding career he was used at the studfarm of Tito Pontecorvo in Dubna, later came to the studfarm Akhalt-Service. Three of his sons and twelve of his daughters are used in breeding.

Kortik´s sire is stallion 969 Rokot, born 1974 at the studfarm Chagorta, Russia. Rokot didn´t participated neither in races, neither in sport. He produced Champion of the Breed, mare 2356 Maisa (out of 1826 Miana) and dam of succesful racetrack horses 2209 Granka (dam of Oaks winner Gilyana and stallions Gadjar, Gudzon Nemo, Gadagan). As maternal sire he figures in the pedigree of Derby winner Paikend (out of 2909 Prizma), World Champion among mares Omelia (out of 2878 Opera), World Reserve Champion Sagib (out of 2930 Sergi), etc.

Kortik´s dam is elite mare 1987 Korsika, granddaughter of founder of the line, 721 Kaplan. Korsika raced as 2 years old, in three starts she won once and once placed third. Korsika is dam of Champion of the Breed, mare Katun.

Mingam´s dam is elite mare 2841 Mimoza, born 1992 at the studfarm Akhalt-Service. During 11 years in breeding she produced 10 foals, among them colt Magnatli, placed third in World Championship and now producing in US. Mimoza has three daughters in breeding.

Mimoza´s sire is prematurely died elite stallion Medjnun. Medjnun raced as 2-3 years old at the racetrack in Tbilisi, in 9 starts he won twice, once placed 2nd.

Mimoza´s dam is mare 2353 Magma, born 1987 at the studfarm Stavropol. Magma is daughter of the Champion of the Breed, stallion 999 Munir. During 15 years in breeding she produced 12 foals, four daughters are in breeding.

Mingam belongs to the family founded by mare 526 Atabai, grey, born 1920 (269 Everdy Teleke-Atabai Khan). This family spread mainly by mares 1609 Melekush (dam of stallion 960 Mukhtar) and her daughters 2359 Malikat, 1820 Medeya and 2007 Mechta. To this family also belongs excellent racehorse Melebaidak or Champion of the breed, mare 2392 Midia.
