Gumon was born in 1998 at Dagestanskii studfarm, from where he was sold to the studfarm of Djaparov brothers. He raced very well, performed as 4-8 years old at Pyatigorsk racetrack and ranked among the best Akhalteke stayers in Russia. He won twice Prize of Turkmenistan (6000m), once he placed 2nd in this race, he won and placed 2nd in Prize of Druzhby narodov (3200m), twice finished 3rd in Prize of Ministry of Agriculture (2400m). He was imported to Czech Republic in November 2006. We are waiting for his first European crop in the spring 2008.

Gumon´s sire, 1053 Gumdag, bay, was born in 1984 at Komsomol Studfarm in Turkmenistan. He raced as 2-4 years old at racetracks in Krasnodar, Ashkhabad and Tbilisi, in 16 starts he won twice, five times placed 2nd, he finished 4th in Prize of Everdy Teleke. In 1987 at exhibition in Tbilisi, he became the Champion of the Breed. Gumdag sired Russian Junior Champion, stallion 1295 Khadj, who himself also raced quite succesfully and sired World Junior Reserve Champion among fillies, Khiva Tarki.

Gumdag´s sire is 945 Gerden, golden bay, who was born in 1975 in Turkmenistan, by founder of the line, 721 Kaplan. Gerden is full brother of excellent stallions, 981 Garazat (sire of Karaburgut) and 980 Garagunon. Gerden was succesful at racetrack, raced as 2-5 years old in Ashkhabad 35 times, at different distances 600-4000m. He won Prize of Gelishikli, Prize of Druzhby narodov, placed in Summer Prize, Big Summer Prize, Ashkhabad Derby, etc. At exhbition in Ashkhabad in 1980 he got Diplomma of III.degree.

Gumdag´s dam, Turkmen mare 1721 Altyngash, didn´t race, she has two daughters in breeding (both in Turkmenistan).

Gumon´s dam, 2871 Oinam 20, was born in 1988 in Daghestan. She didn´t race and at the age of 3 she started her breeding career.

Oinam´s sire 985 Dagestan was born in 1976 at Dagestanskii Studfarm. He was very good racehorse, raced as 2-6 years old, 35 times. He won Prize of Comparison, Entrance Prize, placed 2nd in Prize of Druzhby narodov, placed 3rd in Autumn Prize, Great Sprinter Prize and Prize of Elite. In 1983 he got the title of Champion of the Breed at exhbition in Krasnodar. He produced horses such as 1038 Gaisan 7, 1249 Osman, Champion of the breed 1192 Dorkush and broodmares like 2394 Millet 6 (dam of champions Mangyt, Murgab and Margaritka) or 2834 Mesele, etc.

Oinam´s dam is elite mare 2405 Oda. Oda didn´t perform, he produced only one broodmare (Oinam) and one of her sons was used in breeding (Orlik, by 985 Dagestan).

Gumon belongs to family founded by Turkmen mare 1310 Ovgan (458 Lachin-929 Silfa), bay, 1952. Many excellent mares belong to this family, including 1631 Oktava (dam of racetrack crack Omar), 2878 Opera (dam of World Champion Omelia), 2875 Oliva (dam of stallion Sengar, who succesfully performed in eventing in US), 2873 Olesia (dam of stallion 1247 Olafkhan), 2879 Oprava (dam of World Champion Garayusup, Derby winner Ormuzd, etc.), 2408 Osanna 10 (dam of 1249 Osman and 1139 Askerkhan 9). Ovgan herself was dam of 910 Opal, racetrack record holder (distance 1800m).
