Grust´s sire, buckskin 1099 Serasker, was born in 1985 at studfarm Stavropol. He raced as 2-3 years old, with average succes, he got one win in 9 starts, twice placed 2nd and three times fifth. At the exhibition in Tbilisi in 1988 he got Diploma of II.degree. Among his offspring we can find excellent racehorse Aisor (out of 2527 Azra), Oaks winner 2625 Gaisana (out of 2210 Greza), winner of "Prize Otkrytia" 2914 Pustynya (out of 2412 Palmira) or Russian Reserve Champion among mares Magistral (out of 2797 Margaritka).

Serasker´s sire is golden buckskin 919 Sere, born 1965 in Turkmenistan. Sere raced succesfully as 2-4 years old, 28 times (7x1., 14x2., 6x3.). In 1978 he got title Champion of the breed. Sere´s main continuators in breeding are stallions 1073 Meidanli, stallion 1029 Anchar, 1107 Chakan, 982 Ginduvar, 1067 Koldun, 1017 Janychar, in Europe then 1018 Abbas 20 and 1196 Elbek. Maybe more than in producing stallions was Sere succesful as dam´s sire - we can mention at least his daughters 1867 Feya, 1834 Pariza, 1880 Yalma or 1752 Gunym. These dams influenced through their offspring the breed fundamentaly.

Serasker´s dam is dark bay daugher of Karakir, mare 1652 Sayat, born 1968 at Tersk studfarm. Sayat produced three breeding stallions (Serasker, 973 Abdulrakhman, 1011 Sultan) and three daughters.

Grust´s dam is grey mare 2210 Greza, born 1987 at Stavropol Studfarm. Greza didn´t race, but her offspring raced really succesfully, especially on stayer´s distances. We can mention her first foal Garpun or full sister to Grust, 2628 Gaisana who won Oaks, or another full sister Gulesen who placed 2nd in Oaks and in 2008 Gagra-Dzh (by Manas)finished 2nd in Oaks too. Also Gulgadam (by Galkan) was not without succes, she got title of Russian Junior Champion among fillies and later became the dam of one of the most admired horses of today´s, bay stallion Gench. In 2008 two years old filly Grem-Kan (Mikhman-Greza) won her class at the Championship of Uzbekistan and became Junior Reserve-Champion of Kazakhstan.

Greza´s sire, 1048 Glazok 11, grey, was born in 1971 at Lugovskoi Studfarm in Kazakhstan. Glazok was used in sport (jumping) where he got on M-level (jumping 140cm). He produced only one season, sired three daughters - Gamma, above mentioned Greza and great Pampa (dam of stallion Gayaz, champions Pirakhmed and Pekhimdar and mares Prokhlada, Pamyk, Primula).

Greza´s dam is 1779 Zemfira, dark buckskin, born 1977 at Dagestanskii Studfarm. Zemfira didn´t race, she has two daughers in breeding.

From dam´s side Grust belongs to the old family founded by mare 417 Fantin 50 (Ag Ishan-Bike), born 1926. This family is quite widespread, mainly through Fantin´s granddaughters 1388 Frakcia (by 429 Kara Sur) and 1384 Fisgarmonia (by 569 Skak).
