Germes´s sire is Champion of the Breed of 1983, stallion 999 Munir. Munir raced as 3-4 years old at racetrack in Krasnodar (14 starts-once first, once second, three times third). Munir was small (154cm), but very typical, eye-appealing stallion. As a breeding stallion he was used in Stavropol Studfarm, later in Dubna, where with mare Abrai produced three interesting stallions - 1230 Mamuk (now producing in US), Mankurt and Mramor. Another Munir´s son who is used in breeding is 1233 Maruk (out of 2602 Ataka), producing in US.

Munir´s sire is stallion 866 Vatanchi, golden buckskin, born 1970 at Tersk Studfarm, out of outstanding Gelishikli´s daughter, mare Guldjakhan. Vatanchi was typical stallion who inherited a lot from his father Karakir. Vatanchi was used in breeding in Daghestan (where he sired e.g. 1065 Keledjar) and later in Turkmenistan, where he sired very good racehorses, Vezipe and Parad.

Munir´s dam is mare 1305 Moroshka 18, buckskin, born 1960 in Kazakhstan. Moroshka was examined at racetrack (2-3 years old, 17 starts, 2x1., 3x2., 2x3., 3x4.), since 1965 she was used in breeding, at Tersk Studfarm. Her blood is quite prolific around Europe, through her son 1075 Melgun and through her daughers 2374 Mashuk and 2378 Melegul. In Russia her daughter 2014 Mushmula 3 was used in breeding. Mushmula is the dam of World Champion Manas and breeding stallion 1228 Maksut 2 and his full sisters Melana and Marta.

Germes´s dam is mare 2209 Granka, bay, born 1983 at the Studfarm Chagorta. Granka passed only one start at the racetrack, as 2 years old, without place. Nevertheless, she is reknown for producing excellent racehorses, including her daughter Gilyana, born 1997, (Oaks winner, winner of "Prize of Gul" and 2nd placed in Derby), or stallion Gadjar, born 2005 (winner of "Shamborant´s Cup", "Prize of Elite", "Prize of Yulduz") or stallion Gadagan, born 1996 (winner of "Prize of Boinou") or mare Gulnara, born 2000 (winner of "Prize of Gul" and 5th placed in Russian Championship) or stallion Gudzon Nemo, born 2003 (winner of "Prize of AATK", 3rd placed in Derby). Interesting fact is, that except Gilyana and Gadjar (both sired by 1101 Turali), each of other horses was sired by different stallion (Gadagan by 1181 Daikhan, Gulnara by 1189 Dialog, Gudzon Nemo by Asman).

Granka´s sire is stallion 969 Rokot, born 1974 at Studfarm Chagorta. Rokot didn´t pass sport or racing career. He produced World Champion among mares, 2356 Maisa (out of 1826 Miana), then mare 2878 Opera (dam of World Champion Omelia), mare 2930 Sergi (dam of World Reserve Champion Sagib), mare 2909 Prizma (dam excellent racehorse Paikend), etc.

Granka´s dam is mare 1735 Gerenzal, light buckskin, born 1978 at Studfarm Chagorta. She raced as 2 years old in 7 starts, once placed 2nd and twice 3rd. Her only daughter in breeding is above mentioned Granka.

From maternal´s side Germes belongs to the family founded by mare 772 Kizil Mer, buckskin, born 1936 (173 Mele Kirgi-273 Kizil Arvat 45). To this family also belong mares 1256 Kizil Gul (dam of breeding stallions 896 Kerogly and 747 Kir Sakar 2) or 1254 Kesketli (dam of breeding stallion 917 Sektor). At these days the family is widespread mainly in Turkmenistan.
